What We Offer
Full Low-Altitude Airspace Awareness Services
AirAware Technologies provides UAS detection, ADS-B manned aircraft tracking, merged operating picture services, and airspace security consulting for organizations that need to understand everything operating in and around their facilities.
Important: Remote ID detection identifies compliant aircraft broadcasting Remote ID information. It may not identify UAS that are not broadcasting compliant Remote ID signals. ADS-B tracking covers aircraft broadcasting ADS-B Out position data. AirAware Technologies does not provide counter-UAS (C-UAS) services and does not offer any capability to interfere with, disable, or take control of any aircraft.
Detection & Monitoring
Know What's Operating in Your Airspace
UAS Airspace Awareness Assessment
Our flagship service. Before your organization invests in a UAS detection or counter-UAS system, you need to know what you're actually dealing with. AirAware deploys Remote ID detection sensors at your facility for an agreed assessment period (event-based, 14 days, 30 days, or longer) to establish a documented baseline of detectable drone activity at a fraction of the cost of a full technology deployment. We analyze the collected data and deliver a site-specific written assessment and customer briefing covering flight activity, operating patterns, locations, altitudes, areas of concern, and preparedness recommendations. If your findings indicate a need for detection technology, we can point you toward the right companies and services based on what your data shows and what fits your operational environment.
LEARN MORE →ADS-B Manned Aircraft Tracking
UAS are not the only aircraft operating in low-altitude airspace. AirAware deploys ADS-B receivers to track manned aircraft broadcasting position data in and around your facility, including helicopters, low-altitude fixed-wing operations, and other aircraft sharing your airspace. ADS-B data can be delivered as a standalone service or merged with UAS detection data to give your team a complete picture of everything operating in your airspace.
Merged Airspace Operating Picture
The most complete view of your airspace comes from combining data sources, not managing them separately. AirAware fuses Remote ID UAS detection data with ADS-B manned aircraft tracking into a single unified operating picture. Your team sees drones, delivery aircraft, VTOL operations, and manned aircraft in one view, with the context to understand what is routine, what is unusual, and what warrants a response.
Managed Airspace Monitoring
For organizations that need continuous visibility beyond the initial assessment, AirAware provides ongoing managed monitoring services. We maintain detection sensors at your site, configure alert zones and geofences, provide regular reporting, and give your team direct access to our analysts for data questions and incident documentation. Detection data can be delivered into your existing environment through a cloud-based API or a direct sensor feed to your own servers, with export options in JSON, CSV, and KML.
Remote ID Detection & Analysis
Standalone Remote ID detection and data analysis services for organizations with specific monitoring needs. We deploy sensors, collect Remote ID broadcast data, and provide analysis tailored to your operational requirements: whether for a specific time period, event, or ongoing monitoring program.
Event-Specific UAS Monitoring
Temporary UAS awareness monitoring for concerts, sporting events, festivals, public gatherings, and other special events. We deploy detection capability for the duration of your event and provide real-time situational awareness and post-event reporting.
Consulting & Advisory
Expert Guidance for Airspace Security Preparedness
Airspace Security Consulting
Consulting services to help organizations develop a comprehensive airspace security posture that accounts for UAS, commercial delivery operations, VTOL activity, and manned aircraft. We assess your current capabilities, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for detection technology, policy development, and operational procedures. Recommendations are driven by what fits your facility and your operational requirements.
Airspace Security Policy Development
We help organizations develop written airspace security policies, standard operating procedures, and preparedness plans tailored to their facility type, regulatory environment, and operational requirements. As commercial delivery and VTOL operations expand, policies need to account for a broader range of aircraft types and operational scenarios. Policies are designed to be practical, implementable, and aligned with applicable regulations.
Training & Awareness Programs
Staff training and awareness programs to help your team understand UAS technology, Remote ID requirements, ADS-B tracking, detection capabilities, and appropriate response procedures. Training is customized to your organization's role and responsibilities.
Detection System Procurement Consulting
Independent guidance for organizations evaluating UAS detection technology. We help you understand the capabilities and limitations of available systems, develop requirements, evaluate options, and make informed procurement decisions aligned with your facility's needs and budget.
Integration & Technical Services
Technical Support for UAS Awareness Programs
Detection System Integration & Data Connectivity
AirAware is sensor-agnostic and built around the principle that detection data should work with the systems you already have, not force you to replace them. We support two paths for getting data into your environment: a cloud-based REST API that delivers cleaned, processed detection data consolidated across all deployed receivers, and a direct MQTT feed that sends raw sensor data straight to your own infrastructure with no third-party systems in the middle. Data can be exported in JSON, CSV, and KML formats. Our deployments are compatible with a range of common command and control platforms, including ATAK, as well as broader interoperability frameworks for organizations with more complex integration requirements. If your team already operates a security or situational awareness platform, we work to feed detection data into it.
Site Survey & Coverage Analysis
Pre-deployment site surveys to assess detection coverage requirements for your facility. We analyze your site's layout, terrain, structures, and operational environment to develop a sensor placement plan optimized for your specific airspace awareness needs.
Custom Reporting & Data Analysis
Custom data analysis and reporting services for organizations with specific analytical needs. We work with your existing detection data or deploy sensors to collect new data, then provide analysis and reporting tailored to your operational questions. Data exports are available in JSON, CSV, and KML to support your internal workflows and record-keeping requirements.
