AirAware Technologies LLC is a New Jersey-based airspace awareness and security consulting firm. We help organizations responsible for airports, critical infrastructure, public venues, and sensitive facilities gain a complete picture of what is operating in and around their airspace, from drones and delivery aircraft to VTOL operations and manned aircraft.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: help organizations move from uncertainty to informed preparedness when it comes to airspace activity at their facilities. The low-altitude airspace environment is changing rapidly. Commercial drone delivery is expanding into communities across the country. VTOL air taxi services are beginning to operate in urban corridors. Manned aircraft continue to share that same airspace. We help organizations understand all of it through rigorous detection, honest analysis, and professional consulting.

We combine Remote ID UAS detection with ADS-B manned aircraft tracking to build a complete, fused picture of low-altitude activity at your facility. We believe organizations should make decisions about detection technology, policy, and procedures based on actual data about their specific airspace environment, not on generic threat narratives or vendor marketing.

Independent Guidance

AirAware Technologies works with a range of UAS detection and C-UAS technology providers and may have reseller relationships with some of them. That does not change how we advise clients. Our recommendations are driven by what actually fits your facility, your operational environment, and your budget. We will point you toward the solution that makes sense for your situation, not the one that is easiest for us to sell.

We work with technology providers and may carry or resell certain systems. Our job is still to point you toward what solves your problem, not what is convenient for us.

Important: Remote ID detection identifies compliant aircraft broadcasting Remote ID information. It may not identify UAS that are not broadcasting compliant Remote ID signals. ADS-B tracking covers aircraft broadcasting ADS-B Out position data. AirAware Technologies does not provide counter-UAS (C-UAS) services and does not offer any capability to interfere with, disable, or take control of any aircraft.
